Anastasia Bulatova | Photography
Bulatova Anastasia is a Ufa-based photographer who studies processes of personality formation and reactions of the human psyche to turning points in life through studio portraits. Her creative approach, based on using studio portraiture photography, is aimed at the analytical study of human personality, internal psychological processes, and psychological reactions to life changes. Her works harmoniously combine elements of vulnerability and the strength of spirit, mirroring the characteristics of human nature. Studying the human psyche through a studio portrait opens up unique perspectives for a deeper and more accurate understanding of oneself, the surrounding world, and one's social roles. Photography, as an art form, has the ability to penetrate beyond surface appearances and capture deeper emotions, thoughts, and complicated states of mind. Anastasia is a participant in Russian and international photo contests; her works are published in countries such as Canada, Italy, France, and the UK
In her work, Anastasia uses a studio portrait as a way to explore a human's inner world and the different types of changes every person lives through. Reflecting on our own mental states, we have a fascinating ability to understand the world around us and feel a connection with society and our loved ones. In a fast-paced world, it is extremely important for every human being to take a pause and ask yourself simple questions about your feelings. The study of human psyche chop and changes allows us to supervise the process of human transformations and rebirth of human essence, remaining in constant search of one's place in the world.
